Your seats are reserved for you. It is essential that the instructors know how many people to prepare for when planning the class. We do understand that situations arise and schedules need to be changed.
Full Refund: You must call at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class to receive a full refund.
Class Credit: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class, you will receive a credit to use for another class. Additional Charges may apply depending on the replacement class. If you are canceling a class that currently has a Waiting List, you will have to rejoin the Waiting List for the next available class.
